UIT's Strategic Communication group directs and produces purposeful, proactive, and responsive communication within and on behalf of the UIT and ITS organizations.

    • Contributor to incident communication process and messages (IRT and NotifyIT)
    • Monthly IT incident post-mortem digests via NotifyIT
    • Product/service retirement and change communication
    • Proofreading and editing services
    • Presentation slide development and editing
    • Infographics for documents and presentation slides
    • Public speaking and coaching
  • Public relations and user education
  • Survey development, administration, and reporting
  • Point of contact for major U of U comms offices (University Marketing & Communications, University of Utah Health Internal Communications/Pulse and U of U Health Public Affairs)
  • Support for the university's IT Governance program
