UIT-ITS Service Management Processes and Policies

Online training modules that address  incident, problem, change, and portions of release management are now available in the Learning Management System (LMS - formerly eduCAT), located in Campus Information Services (CIS). In CIS, simply scroll down to Employee Resources on the left navigation bar and look for the LMS link. Those unable to access the training in LMS can access the modules in Canvas.

The training is a deliverable from Phase One of the IT Service Management (ITSM) Initiative, a collaboration between Information Technology Services (ITS) and University Information Technology (UIT). As part of ITSM, a broader implementation of ServiceNow, our common UIT/ITS service management platform, is now live. The enhanced platform introduces new functionality for managing incidents, problems, and changes.

You will need to authenticate  with your uNID and CIS password to access CIS and ServiceNow.
