Managing organizational change
Change initiatives often impact how people do their work. When individuals are supported in making their personal transitions and are willing to accept new ways of working, change efforts are more likely to succeed. Organizational Change Management is the discipline that guides how we prepare and support individuals to make the changes needed to maximize project success.
Change management consulting
We begin by helping you assess the impact of the change and your organization’s readiness for it. We help you identify the risks and critical success factors that will ensure maximum adoption and utilization.
Next we formulate the change strategy, making sure to align plans, activities, and milestones with project management and business operations. Detailed plans for implementing the change are established and executed in partnership with the project management team.
Completing the change includes documenting the reinforcement strategy and transferring ownership of the change to the right people to maximize long-term sustainability.
