Rack space request

IT generic service request
Request work, such as remote hands, moving/removing IT equipment, and network and storage are network (SAN) port/cabling.
Network port assignment/cable run form - Network only
Request a Network port assignment and cable run.
Instructions: Download and fill out the Network spreadsheet and attach to a ServiceNow IT Generic Service Request.
Storage area network (SAN) port assignment/cable run - SAN only
