Start of semester support clinics have wrapped for fall 2025. Please contact the UIT Help Desk if you need assistance.

Friendly staff will be available at the start of fall semester to assist students, staff, and instructors who need help accessing UIT services. Walk-in help topics include using Canvas learning management system, connecting to UConnect, setting up Duo 2FA, logging in to Campus Information Services (CIS), downloading free Adobe and Microsoft 365 software, customizing a UMail address, and more.
