ISO Program Mangement
The ISO Program Management team serves as a liaison among UIT, university leadership, and IT staff across the institution to implement and maintain information security tools and processes.
As part of the Information Security Office (ISO), ISO Program Management helps University of Utah colleges, departments, centers, administrative units, and research groups to understand, implement, and document compliance requirements with existing and emerging institutional IT security policies, initiatives, projects, and programs.
ISO Program Management goals:
- Assist partners in the implementation of cybersecurity tools
- Foster a positive relationship between ISO, UIT, and partners
- Create and maintain a partner relationships database to track university organizations' IT needs
- Establish and maintain memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with partners
