The Information Technology Infrastructure Library, or ITIL, is a globally adopted best practice framework for digital products and service management.
ITIL 5 course information
This ITIL 5 Foundation course, delivered in partnership with HDI, an accredited training organization (ATO), is designed to give learners an understanding of ITIL at the Foundation level, covering topics like the ITIL Service Value System, ITIL Guiding Principles, and Service Value Chain.
This course leads to the official PeopleCert ITIL exam by PeopleCert.
This course is offered to University of Utah and University of Health employees for $637.
