ITIL 5 course information

This ITIL 5 Foundation course is designed to give learners an understanding of ITIL at the Foundation level, covering topics like the ITIL Service Value System, ITIL Guiding Principles, and Service Value Chain.  

Training is delivered in partnership with HDI, an accredited training organization (ATO). This course culminates in the official PeopleCert ITIL exam. The training prepares learners for the ITIL 5 Foundation exam delivered by PeopleCert. 

This course is offered to University of Utah and University of Health employees for $637.
