What is the Information Technology Infrastructure Library?
The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a collection of best practices that arose from British government processes to manage its IT infrastructure. ITIL, the leading framework for IT service management (ITSM), is used by more than 87% of IT organizations worldwide.

Upcoming training dates
The ITIL 4 Foundations class provides a basic understanding of the key concepts and core practices of the ITIL framework and prepares the student for the ITIL Foundations certification exam. ITIL 4 puts an emphasis on the business and technology world, how it works today, and how it will work in the future with Agile, DevOps, and digital transformation.
