How are we doing? UIT wants to know!

Customers can take our quick general customer satisfaction survey and encourage colleagues to weigh in as well. Your input can help shape and improve how UIT serves its customers.

It’s an easy way to post comments or suggestions, and if you have a service-based concern, prompt someone to get back in touch with you.

UIT employees are encouraged to use and promote the survey link in their email signature files, by adding it to online documents and webpages, in the footers of app log-in pages, and so on.
