About

The UX/UI team partners closely with USS and UIT engineering teams to design usable, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. Through research-driven design and cross-team collaboration, we help ensure that websites and applications are shaped by real user needs and informed decision-making.

Our work focuses on aligning user expectations with institutional goals by applying UX research and UI best practices throughout the design process. By gathering and analyzing user feedback, evaluating usability, and advocating for accessibility, we help teams deliver digital solutions that are effective, inclusive, and grounded in evidence.

UX research and usability testing

Gather and analyze user feedback through interviews, usability testing, and surveys to inform design decisions and promote user-centered practices.

UX/UI design for applications and websites

Design intuitive, accessible interfaces and workflows for websites and applications using user-centered design practices.

Accessibility and inclusive design guidance

Provide guidance and review to help teams design and evaluate digital products that meet accessibility standards and support inclusive experiences.

Usability reviews and evaluations

Evaluate existing websites and applications to identify usability issues and recommend practical improvements.

UX consulting and advising

Offer consultative support to campus teams looking for UX expertise or feedback.
