About
The Enterprise ERP, Research & Auxiliary Services teams deliver and support the university’s core enterprise and operational applications, including PeopleSoft, research administration systems, auxiliary platforms, and GIS services. Together, they ensure these mission-critical systems are secure, stable, integrated, and aligned with institutional priorities—providing the technology foundation that enables finance, research, auxiliary operations, and data-informed decision-making across campus.
Specialized Teams
These specialized teams provide focused expertise across enterprise ERP, research systems, auxiliary applications, and GIS services, ensuring secure, reliable platforms that support critical university operations.
Auxiliary Team
The Auxiliary Services team within UIT/USS provides IT development, support, and integration services for university systems outside the core Student, HR, Finance, and Research portfolios. The team designs, builds, and supports both internally developed and third-party applications that power key campus operations
Enterprise ERP Finance and Research Applications (EEFRA) Team
The Enterprise ERP Finance and Research Applications (EEFRA) team manages and supports the university’s core PeopleSoft applications, internally developed web applications, and key third-party systems that enable university finance, research administration, and faculty activities. We ensure these systems are secure, stable, and aligned with institutional goals.
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Team
The GIS team operates as both a platform team (secure, reliable GIS services) and a product/service team (maps, apps, data products, analytics).
