The U schedules IT change moratoriums throughout the year as approved by the Change Advisory Board (CAB).

The ServiceNow platform will be upgraded to the Rome version. ServiceNow users in active sessions should not experience any interruptions, but users attempting to log in may experience a momentary delay or notice ServiceNow-branded images during the change window.

The upgrade will enhance performance and keep the University of Utah current with the latest ServiceNow technology. Most users will not notice any interface or feature changes.

UIT moved the eduroam wireless network to a new authentication server. Most university-managed and personal devices configured via  onboard.utah.edu will continue to connect to eduroam without interruption.
