Description: The ServiceNow platform was upgraded to the San Diego version. Key changes include a new user interface branded as the ServiceNow Next Experience and a shift from homepages to dashboards. Users will be able to view existing homepages, but not edit them or create new homepages. UIT’s Service Management Platform Services Team will work with users to migrate their existing homepages to dashboards. The vendor has provided a short video that outlines all the key changes in this upgrade.
