Since the September 2025 launch of its unified application and document portal, developed by UIT’s Customer Relationship Management team, ELI has had a 265% increase in applications started compared to the previous 12 weeks, with a 62% increase in application completion.

When UIT's Paul Richardson learned his sister Rosie needed a liver transplant, he’d already made up his mind to step forward as a living donor. Nearly three years since donating about two-thirds of his liver, he and his sister are in good health, and closer than ever.

What began as a grassroots film festival led by university students and sponsored by UIT’s Digital Learning Technologies has grown into a signature campus event rebranded as “Snowdance” — boasting more films, more sponsors, and the need for a bigger event space.

The two-day online course covers ITIL Guiding Principles, the Four Dimensions of Service Management, the Service Value System, and Service Management best practices through lectures, discussions, and case study exercises.
