We look forward to seeing everyone who reserved a ticket for this year's UIT Employee Holiday Luncheon and Prize Drawing, which will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., at the Cleone Peterson Eccles Alumni House. As always, the party will include a delicious meal, doorbuster gifts, and an exciting prize giveaway (you must be present to win)!

The menu [pdf] will include roasted turkey with cranberry sauce; smashed potatoes with gravy; stuffing; green beans; saut√©ed carrots, apples, and onions; a spinach salad with cranberries, red onions, and mandarin oranges; and a pumpkin mousse. A stuffed acorn squash will be available for vegan and gluten-free diners, as will other vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free fare. A detailed menu will be sent to those with special dietary needs the week before the party.

This year's lunch will be a plated service. Those who specified special dietary needs in the RSVP survey should request a special meal from their server.

Free, limited parking will be available in the lot north of the Alumni House, 155 S. Central Campus Drive [map]. Please consider carpooling or using alternate transportation, such as walking, biking, riding a scooter, taking a campus shuttle, or using public transit.

Tickets for those who RSVPd "yes" and "maybe" are being distributed to department admins during the week of November 18. Please see your admin if you RSVPd and do not receive a ticket by November 27, 2019.
