102 Tower: update and photos

On Tuesday August 9, some UIT and ITS staff had the opportunity to tour the new building where most of the two organizations will be moving in just a few months.

As of August 9, individual office walls had been installed on some floors, including some conference rooms and break room areas. The finished offices will have sleek, all-glass walls in front, complete with sliding glass doors.

Furniture is scheduled to arrive for the second floor at the end of September. That process will take approximately two weeks. Once completed, the third floor furniture will arrive (which will take another two weeks), and so on. It's anticipated that most, if not all, departments will be able to move in to the new building by the end of the calendar year.
