2018 UIT Spring Party details

All UIT employees are cordially invited to the 2018 UIT Spring Party, which will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at Tracy Aviary (589 E 1300 S, located within Liberty Park).

An RSVP survey has been sent to employees. Please respond to the survey promptly. Employees who respond "yes" or "maybe" by the survey deadline will receive an admission ticket from their department admin prior to the party. Please be sure to bring your ticket with you to the party.

Join your colleagues for a delicious lunch from Padeli's Street Greek, as well as the opportunity to explore the Aviary with free admission!

This year's menu will offer a Greek buffet, including options such as lamb/beef gyro meat, chicken, falafel balls, lemon rice, garbanzo beans, salad with various toppings on the side, and pita bread. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free items are included in  the menu. For dessert we'll have baklava and cookies.

There is free parking in the Tracy Aviary parking lot and the surrounding Liberty Park parking circle for those who wish to drive. Carpooling is encouraged. For employees in 102 Tower, the UTA 205 bus goes to Liberty Park from  the 200 South stop just south of the building.
