UIT holiday party details

All University Information Technology employees are cordially invited to this year's UIT Employee Holiday Luncheon and Prize Drawing, which will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the Cleone Peterson Eccles Alumni House. Join your colleagues for a delicious meal and, as always, doorbuster gifts and an exciting prize giveaway!

This year's menu [pdf] will include roasted turkey with cranberry sauce; smashed potatoes with gravy; stuffing; stuffed acorn squash, green beans; sautéed carrots, apples, and onions; a spinach salad with cranberries, red onions and mandarin oranges; and an assortment of desserts. Vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free fare will be available, and the menu is entirely nut-free. A detailed menu will be sent to those with special dietary needs the week before the party.

Free limited parking will be available in the lot north of the Alumni House, 155 S. Central Campus Drive. Please consider carpooling or using alternate transportation, such as walking, biking, riding a scooter, taking a campus shuttle, or using public transit.

To reserve your entrance ticket and enter your name into the party prize drawing, please respond to the RSVP survey sent via Qualtrics on November 15.

Party tickets will be distributed to department representatives by Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
