UIT's Craig Bennion presents at UETN Tech Summit
Craig Bennion, IT Service Management (ITSM) Process Support manager in UIT Communications Infrastructure, presented on June 19 at the UETN Tech Summit in Murray, Utah, on the topic of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management.
ITIL is a library of service management best practices that provides a common language for IT organizations. Bennion is an accredited ITIL instructor who teaches several ITIL Foundations certification courses throughout the year.
