Photos: UIT-ITS Golf Tournament 2019
Golf is unpredictable. You get bad breaks from good shots and good breaks from bad ones. So it's easy to see why some golfers take it so seriously.
Trevor Long, associate director for Governance, Risk & Compliance in UIT's Information Security Office, has a more carefree attitude.
"It's a beautiful day, the weather is perfect, and I get to spend a fun afternoon with great people," he said.
Players of all temperaments hit the links on September 12, 2019 at Forest Dale Golf Course for the annual UIT and Information Technology Services (ITS) scramble-style golf tournament, which was followed by dinner and prizes. A total of 72 golfers signed on this year, which is "on par" with attendance in 2018.
Special thanks to Golf Tournament Committee members Mark Curtz and Camille Wintch for organizing the event, with support from Alijana Kahriman, administrative officer in University Support Services.
