I'd like to give a very deserving kudos to Nikhila Kasha who worked tirelessly with me and my team to onboard the Marketing Cloud system in UCL! Not only did this project take upwards of a year, her knowledge, patience, and positive attitude made it a smooth and pleasant experience. Self admittedly, it's always been difficult for me to speak in "tech" terms, and she didn't make me feel embarrassed, inept or shy when I had even the most basic questions. I'm glad she's a part of the U family and UIT is lucky to have her. I hope to work with her again in the future as she's an invaluable asset to the U.

Kudos and incredible credit to Brandon Gresham for running the Salesforce user group and community of practice across campus and bringing us all together to collaborate on tools, best practices, and known gotchas. I called for some explanation and help with Duo today. I have an iPad, an Android phone, and a laptop. James Lopez explained to me that Duo will not work on my laptop and that when I request a push I need to accept it either on my iPad or my phone. I already had it set up on my iPad but he helped me get set up on my phone as well. James was clear in his instructions, calm in his demeanor, and very pleasant.
