The University of Utah is pleased to announce the launch of Utah 360, a new mobile app that consolidates several existing U mobile apps and creates a better user experience for students, employees, alumni, and Athletics fans.

Utah 360 will gradually replace Mobile U, Utah 360 (Athletics), One U, Utah Alumni, and Utah Tickets.

The goal is for the app to become a front door to the university, no matter who you are or why you are on campus. Uses include:

  • Incoming students: Orientation
  • Current students: Dorm access, UCard, parking maps, bus routes, events, groups
  • Alumni: Easily transition from student to alumnus without losing contact
  • Staff and faculty: UCard, CIS access
  • Athletics fans: Tickets, schedules, statistics, mobile concessions, parking

Utah 360 will launch on Thursday, May 29, 2025, in time for New Student Orientation. It will automatically replace Utah 360 (Athletics). Mobile U, One U, and Utah Tickets will be turned off over the summer. The Office of Alumni Relations will transition its app to coordinate with Homecoming in October.

The Office of the Chief Operations Officer (COO) sponsored the project to bring all the university’s existing mobile apps under one platform. The apps use different software platforms and are managed by different campus organizations, which led to inconsistent user experiences, and duplicative and outdated content. Utah 360 uses Pathify software, which the COO’s Office said stood out from all others during a February request for proposals process.

The COO will publish more details as additional information becomes available.

If you have questions or an idea for app content, please contact Sarah Williams, senior product manager for the Office of the COO, at sarah.williams@utah.edu.
