Vika Tukia (Auxiliary Services-IT) has been to our office a couple of times now. She may be new, but she knows what she is doing. I know that when she works on issues with our computers, the job gets done quick and done well. Not to mention, she is a pleasure to work with. She is full of positivity and confidence, which makes any issue feel like no big deal. So glad she is part of our Auxiliary Services' IT team. Fakamalo atu (“thank you” in Tongan), Vika!

I'd like to congratulate Tejas Ved (ITS) (and other contributors...Riya Singh, Tim Urban, David Tubbs, Clark Nelson, Josh Madsen, and probably more) on a job well done converting our Primary AWS Region's networking into Infrastructure as Code and migrating everyone's accounts over with minimal downtime. This was a big complex change and the team did a great job!

He is a stalwart member of our help desk and has held the line for countless nights. He is one of the most dependable co-workers I’ve ever seen! Thank you for being an inspiration to our team, Jorge!
