IT Rendezvous registration is open

Registration is open for the second annual University of Utah IT Rendezvous, which will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at the S.J. Quinney College of Law. The IT Rendezvous is an opportunity for the U’s IT employees to share knowledge, build community, and more.
The deadline to register is Thursday, September 3, 2026.
- Who: IT employees at University of Utah and all affiliated organizations (University of Utah Health, Utah Education & Telehealth Network, Utah System of Higher Education, Huntsman Cancer Institute, Huntsman Mental Health Institute)
- When: Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Check-in opens at 7:30 a.m., breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m., and programming begins at 9:00 a.m. Programming will end with the awarding of prizes at 3:30 p.m.
- Where: In-person at the S.J. Quinney College of Law, Level 6. Check-in at Level 2.
- Food: Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be served. If you do not register by September 3, you will be asked to wait until those who registered have been served food.
- Activities: The program includes keynotes by Chief Technology Officer Jim Livingston and Senior Director for Research Computing and Data Bill Miller; sessions on the U’s artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem, AI coding agents, the modern web, ServiceNow, audiovisual over internet protocol (AVoIP), managed print, and more; a capture-the-flag event; prizes; tech trivia; vendors; and networking time.
- Registration: Access this Google form to register (you must log in with your university Gmail account — uNID@gcloud.utah.edu). If you do not register by September 3, you may still attend the event, however, you will not receive a badge and you may not receive food. Registering helps ensure that we have enough of everything for everyone.
