U of U homepage ranks in WebAIM's top 5% for accessibility

The University of Utah’s digital front door has been recognized for setting a high standard for accessibility. According to the 2026 WebAIM Million Report, the U’s homepage ranked the 22,640th most accessible out of the 1 million most-visited homepages on the web, placing it in the top 5% worldwide for accessibility.

Digital media helps Native students tell their stories

Native students look at photography displayed at Storyfest, a public event that showcased digital and physical media works created during Indigenous Storytelling Camp.

During Indigenous Storytelling Camp, 88 students from the Uintah Ouray Reservation, Monument Valley, White Mesa, and schools across the Wasatch Front gathered at the U to create and share their stories through digital and physical media.
