UIT staff recognized for their excellent work
Congratulations to Dave Griffin (Communications Infrastructure) and Whitney LeMone (University Support Services) for winning the previous prize drawing!
I'd like to thank Chris Pfeiffer, Ryan Hines, and Chalimar Swain. This talented team of individuals planned and conducted strategic working sessions
for Student Affairs (100+ people) in December. The outcomes were terrific and employees
were able to contribute their suggestions to the Student Affairs leadership team and
strategic plan refresh in ways that were useful and meaningful. We also received and
analyzed over 200 responses to a poll on "what should we stop, start and continue
doing?" at Student Affairs to improve the student and employee experience. Two-thirds
of the individuals who attended our working session left us a summary of personal
impressions of the morning. We received many compliments from the VP and leadership
team, including, "We have received so many positive comments about this morning! Thank
you for your energy and expertise!" So kudos to Chris, Ryan, and Chalimar. They did
a great job.

Submit your kudos and the UIT employees you commend will be entered into a monthly prize drawing. UIT employees who submit entries will also be entered in a separate prize drawing.
