Congratulations to David Tubbs (CTO organization) and Judy Yeates (Office of the CIO) for winning the last prize drawing!
My internet was so slow that 2FA processes would timeout before I received the codes to complete the 2FA process. Matt Munro visited my desk time and again to try to speed up the internet for me.
Finally, Matt found the magic combination to my internet issues, and things are much better!

The President's Office staff would like to take a moment to express our appreciation for the addition of the Park Building's new IT professional Robert Veljak Mijatovic. Rob is a fantastic member of the IT Team. He is highly attentive to our needs and has worked above and beyond to resolve our problems. Rob also responds quickly to our requests, always in a professional manner.
Despite the challenges and obstacles our team has encountered recently, Rob faced each one skillfully and with a positive attitude that has resounded throughout our organization and lifted our spirits.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again — Rob is the BEST! He’s always on the ball, and I’m very grateful to have him supporting us in the Park Building!
Rob is great, and I want him recognized. He got a new keyboard to the security desk this morning in the Park Building in under 5 minutes. They can’t monitor the cameras without a functioning keyboard. He’s always so efficient.

I called this morning to request help with my phone and was assisted by Alisha Webb — she was amazing! Very patient, very detailed, very, very helpful. I have so many phone calls I need to make before my supervisor returns to the office next week and was so stressed since my phone isn’t working. She was so patient and calm and very thorough. She walked me through a process to see if it would work; it didn’t, so then she walked me through submitting a work order online. Again, I cannot stress enough about how patient and calm and helpful she was. I asked the same question several times either because I couldn’t hear her answer, didn’t understand, or was taking notes. Again, she patiently and calmly assisted me. She stayed on the phone till she did everything possible to help. I appreciate employees who go above and beyond their job description (and to me that is exactly what she did).
I also want to thank Syndi Haywood. A great employee is a reflection of their leadership (not always but at times). So thank you for being a great manager, leading by example. ... Alisha was just amazing, and I would like that to be known. ... To you and your team, keep up the good work.
