I would like to give kudos to Michelle Boyd for her exceptional work in implementing Salesforce for our office. Michelle identifies and works to implement solutions for some very complex business needs within our office, allowing us to be more efficient and accurate by leveraging technology, which in turn, allows staff to focus on the human element. Michelle, to her credit, was presented with a very complex business process that I want to implement, allowing us to generate easily modifiable template documents and emails while documenting the procedural history of a case. The framework is nearing completion, and I am enthralled with her ability to create these processes in the Salesforce environment. Michelle exemplifies the “can-do” attitude and willingness to hear and learn about the business needs and translate them into technology. Michelle’s skills are a tremendous asset to the University and to our office — I appreciate her and the team (Brandon Gresham, Jan Lovett, and Doug Lloyd) for all their work to help us be better.

Gabriella Rivera Lozano, network engineer — Gabriella has taken on additional responsibilities in assisting UIT Partner Relations in certifying campus partners in the default protect cybersecurity tool. This additional effort has assisted UIT Partner Relations in ensuring schools/colleges/departments/organization's IP space is secure.
Ryan Millward, senior data security analyst — Ryan has assisted UIT Partner Relations with his extensive security and network operations experience in certifying various schools/colleges/departments/organization's IP space. This is an ongoing effort that Ryan is providing guidance and expertise to on top of his busy schedule.

Submit your kudos and the UIT employees you commend will be entered into a monthly prize drawing. UIT employees who submit entries will also be entered in a separate prize drawing.
