Congratulations to Alisha Webb (CTO organization) and Ryan Millward (Information Security Office) for winning the last prize drawing!
Kudos to Brian Harris for his tireless efforts working with the EAB team to help get Navigate U live.
~ Ken Pink, deputy chief information officer
I wanted to give a Kudos to Patrick Oberg for his help walking me through the steps of setting up an email account for our Center for Mining Safety. Patrick, thanks for your clear instructions and patience as I navigated the steps via Teams video. Go Utes!
~ Pam Hofmann, Department of Mining Engineering
Huge shoutout to Heather Winters for her commitment to our staff and our ability to provide 24x7 crisis response in our community.
She made our transition to Avaya Workplace seamless. She went above and beyond to help us audit our remote agents and save our department thousands of dollars per month. She is always happy to consult and provide recommendations to more efficiently do our work. Even if she can’t help, she usually knows who can. Heather’s motto should be “One Call — That’s All!”
Thanks, Heather, for making my job a little easier!
~ Seth Harbaugh, Community Crisis Intervention & Support Services
I received excellent customer service from Alex Longoria. He was very nice and extremely helpful. Hire more employees like him, and then have Alex train them.
~ Tehani Wilkinson, University Reading Clinic
