Thank you, Jim Urry (UIT), for shrinking a project that should have taken 12 weeks and shortening it down to two. Your experience in HR and Finance business processes is a valued asset!

~ Jeff Shuckra, UIT

Kudos to Ethan Woods (ITS) for his dedication to improving team processes and his assistance to us all with flows, scripting, and general guidance/support.

~ Tyler Sauer, UIT

It’s just a pleasure to work with Charles Wilcox (UIT). He is super knowledgable, responsive, and willing to work with you to resolve an issue, set up something new, or anything else that comes up.

~ Brian Meid, UIT

A huge thank you to Mythri Mani (UIT) and the Salesforce team (Arainna Forth, Carrie Felton, and Isabelle “Izzy” Solvang) for developing a student tracking system for Professional Education! This is something our team has hoped for and talked about for more than 12 years. This project will make a huge difference for our team and for the students we support every day. There is so much thought and collaboration that goes into creating these impactful tools.

Sending the Salesforce team some very well-earned applause for turning big ideas into systems that work!

~ Jennifer Thatcher, Professional Education

Huge shout‑out to Suzanne Wayment, Tammy Mabey, Sasha Castillo, Scott Wilgar, Eric Watson, Brad Grow, Andrew Beach, and Christopher Eberhart (all UIT) for their deep system expertise and partnership. Their thoughtful analysis and engineering work are enabling a clean, intentional division of responsibility across platforms and seamless data movement where it matters most.

Big thanks to Dane Luby (Chief Data Officer organization) for all of the help fine-tuning and resolving data questions! We appreciate all of the help and the continual willingness to answer questions as they come up.

I want to recognize Kathryn Reese (UIT) for her thoughtful efforts to strengthen cross‑team structures and collaboration. She has been proactive in connecting people, surfacing shared needs, and encouraging more consistent ways of working across teams. I appreciate the leadership she’s showing in this space and the positive momentum she’s helping create.

Izzy Solvang (UIT) is doing outstanding work on a complex Salesforce implementation with skill, care, and confidence. She has designed an elegant, streamlined solution that brings clarity and consistency to previously manual processes, while remaining flexible enough to support evolving needs. Her work is creating a smoother, more intuitive experience for users and laying a strong foundation for long‑term success.

What makes this especially impressive is the way Izzy has balanced technical excellence with empathy and partnership. She has been guiding stakeholders through change, reframing complexity, and supporting adoption and understanding with every step. As the users move into testing, she is absolutely rocking it, demonstrating strong ownership, thoughtful design, and a calm, steady presence that reflects both technical and leadership growth.

So excited to celebrate Izzy’s knowledge, expertise, and growth.

Mythri Mani has been an incredible team member over the last few months. When her primary project was delayed, she didn't slow down at all, instead offering support to the broader team for other projects and efforts. She has generously shared her FormAssembly expertise, along with her flexibility, collaborative energy, and user-first dedication.

Our users have also shared enthusiastic shout-outs and praise for Mythri's help and support. They noted the thoughtfulness, collaboration, and real‑world impact of the tools she has built and delivered, especially in enabling long‑awaited student tracking capabilities that will benefit teams and students for years to come.

Mythri’s willingness to step up, contribute wherever needed, and support meaningful outcomes exemplifies the best of our team culture.

~ Carrie Felton, UIT
