Dave Huth has been an insider to 40 years of dramatic digital transformations at the University of Utah. The director for Product Management (CTO Office) & Enterprise Architecture recently sat down to discuss a particular watershed moment: the arrival of the first Macintosh computer in 1984.

Content Management & Usability has changed its name to Web Support & Usability, which better reflects the team's services. Additionally, the team is moving its support process to a ServiceNow-based ticketing system.
