I would like to give complements to Douglas Lloyd for all his great work. We recently implemented SalesForce in our office and Doug has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable in getting us all set up. He has great suggestions for a product that we were all unfamiliar with and really thought deeply about ways to enhance our processes. When initially starting this process we were told from other departments that it would take a year to implement and with Doug's help we were able to cut that to about 3 months, which to me is unbelievable since I have worked here 10 years and still have projects yet to be implemented from year one. Greatly appreciate Doug for all the hard work!

A huge shoutout to Tony Le and Kirk Barlow for saving the day when one of our user's MacBooks kicked the bucket earlier this month! I was convinced it was destined for an expensive Apple repair, but these wizards not only resurrected it but also equipped me with the skills to tackle future MacBook woes on my own. And to top it off, their knowledge transfer paid off when another user rolled in with a bricked MacBook, which I was able to revive single-handedly thanks to Tony and Kirk's guidance. Their expertise has truly gone the distance, even reaching one of our colleagues who I was able to train using the knowledge they imparted. Thank you, Tony and Kirk, for being the tech superheroes our office needs!

I would like to thank all the members of the Security Operations Center (Jesse Adams, River Griffin, Drew Lasson, Daniel Lewis, Jeshua Pina, Tariq Staton, and Sai Paladugu). They play one of the most important roles in the Information Security Office. Most people will never know how many things they protect the U from.

Their work is stressful, thankless, and demanding. This team is well into the trenches and at the front of the line battling cyberattacks every day.
