I wanted to let you know how great the IT team was during the NCAA men's basketball tournament. Kirk Barlow, Ben Perez, and Adam Martin were all phenomenal. They were there at all hours of the day and night and didn’t complain or make a fuss. It’s a lot to network many computers and printers and make sure that the stats were getting to the video board and for the printouts. It’s a huge operation and they did an amazing job. I really appreciate their attention to detail and their focus on making sure everyone involved had what they needed to perform at a high level. We couldn’t have done it without them.

Huge shout out to Strategic Communication for being the best of the best with managing all the publications and editing, especially Larrisa Beth Turner for our recent projects. With the recent rollouts, all of the Knowledge Base articles needed to be overhauled, and communications required to be made. StratComm approached the plate and batted it out of the field. When one person is unavailable, someone else is always there to cover and give immediate feedback/edits. This team is incredible to work with and constantly in awe of their grammatical, verbiage, and communication skillset. Thank you for always making all of the clients feel like they are your #1 priority.

This team is always there for me no matter how far-fetched, weird, against the rules, or unique my question or request is. They work through complex issues, provide suggestions with OU layouts, and when I have special requests or need to try something new, they are there to work through it with me.
They are an amazing team that is always there to help and have saved the day more than once.

I just wanted to thank Farid Lopez for always going above and beyond with everything he does. He has been so personable and great to get to know. It has been a long and arduous transition to move our department to Microsoft Wave, and he has been amazing with assisting our department with this transition. It is great to have such a friendly and kind person, as Farid, come in to the office and be so willing to assist us with anything and everything. He keeps his calm and is a pleasure to work with. We have numerous technology issues, and he always gets our technology up and working in a short amount of time. THANKS for all you do, Farid!!
