A big thank you to Josh Grey for all his help in resolving issues with one of our PAM products. His help with the database made it possible to identify and resolve multiple issues. This often included last minute meetings or time in the evenings after normal work hours. His time and expertise are greatly appreciated.

I thought my laptop needed a couple of updates but Rachel Burgie found a lot more and showed me how my computer was slowing down and why. I usually work from home and was missing out on getting that done. It's really easy to ignore the updates so I'm sure a lot of people who work from home are probably needing the same. I haven't worked in her position for a year and I've forgotten how much she goes out of her way to be so thorough. Thank you so much Rachel!

Submit your kudos and the UIT employees you commend will be entered into a monthly prize drawing. UIT employees who submit entries will also be entered in a separate prize drawing.
