Campus IT Help Desk weekend hours update

Effective Saturday, July 4, 2026, the University of Utah Campus IT Help Desk will have new weekend support hours.

• Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (previously 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
• Monday-Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (no change)
• Holidays: closed (no change)

Asia campus (833-981-0049, helpdesk@utah.edu)

• Saturday-Sunday: 1:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. (previously 11:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.)
• Monday-Friday: 10:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. (no change)
• U.S. holidays: closed (no change)

To get IT support outside of regular hours, please submit help request tickets (login required) or access self-service resources using the “Search IT support resources” section on the Help Desk webpage. Alternatively, email helpdesk@utah.edu.
