I would like to recognize and sincerely thank Kathy Erdmann (ITS) and the Pulse team for the outstanding leadership demonstrated throughout the SharePoint migration effort.
This initiative has taken months of sustained focus and represents a significant lift, not only for her but for the entire Pulse team. Under her guidance, the team successfully supported the migration while also partnering with numerous departments to build and stand up new SharePoint sites — including the Document Control Center — which has been a critical resource for our organization.
The level of dedication, responsiveness, and follow-through shown has been exceptional. This was truly yeoman’s work — steady, high-quality effort over an extended period — and it has made a meaningful difference in how teams across the organization manage and access information.

This was a massive project, with multiple locations spanning across the university. He provided an accurate budget and schedule. He provided weekly updates and descriptive answers for the questions from the customers. Thank you for all you did!
