IT staff for Liberal Arts and Sciences tour 102 Tower

IT staff for the Colleges of Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS), who now report to UIT, toured 102 Tower and the Downtown Data Center (DDC) on March 12, 2026. 102 Tower is the primary home for UIT employees, although some staff work at other locations like Marriott Library and the DDC, which houses the university’s server and storage capabilities.
The tour, intended as a formal welcome, provided LAS IT staff an opportunity to connect with UIT leadership and colleagues, and familiarize themselves with UIT facilities and operations.
