Microsoft SQL Server 2016 support ends on July 14

IT administrators running Microsoft SQL Server 2016 should be aware that Microsoft support will end on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

UIT strongly recommends taking steps now to upgrade to a SQL Server version newer than 2016 to ensure continued IT security updates, U policy compliance, and vendor support.
