I would like to take a moment to recognize Steve Maloy. Steve, along with the rest of the Unified Communications team, is very busy, but he always takes a little extra time to explain the inner workings of a fix, or if there is troubleshooting involved, he is sure to work with you one on one to get to the root of the issue. He has helped me solve many issues that were of great impact to the users in a fashion that allowed me to keep great communication with those affected.
