The university’s inaugural Organizational Change Community of Practice meeting served as an introductory session for 41 organizational change leaders across the U and included a service mapping exercise around leadership, strategic communication, and training. 

Neff believes IT services should be as invisible as possible, helping staff do their work without impeding them, while IT support should be visibly available, providing effective, professional, respectful, and timely customer service.

The new app will gradually replace Mobile U, Utah 360 (Athletics), One U, Utah Alumni, and Utah Tickets, and create a better user experience for students, employees, alumni, and Athletics fans.
