The UIT All-Hands Meeting kicked off on Tuesday, October 17 with Chief Information Officer Steve Hess welcoming the group and introducing Randy Arvay, Chief Information Security Officer. Arvay took over to provide an update on security at the University, and talked about the top five threats in the industry today, the U's current security strategy and strengths, and the plan moving forward.

The Strategic Information Technology Committee met on September 19 and the Enterprise Web Advisory Council met on September 22. The Architecture and New Technology Committee (ANTC) did not meet in September.
