UIT staff recognized for their excellent work.

Just in time for a new year, UIT’s Content Management & Usability team has unveiled an upcoming makeover of University of Utah websites it supports in the OU Campus content management system — inside and out.

The U's Campus Computer Support team in UIT's Network and Communications Infrastructure unit supports more than 50 embedded and non-embedded organizations across campus and backs up others as needed.

Alex Krebs spent 2015 to 2017 in the two countries — seven months in Thailand and 15 in Myanmar. To learn the languages, he immersed himself in dictionaries and books, talking with native speakers, and asking questions, always willing to risk saying the wrong things and appearing foolish.

All University Information Technology employees are cordially invited to this year's UIT Employee Holiday Luncheon and Prize Drawing, which will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the Cleone Peterson Eccles Alumni House.
