IT Governance

The Teaching and Learning Portfolio (TLP) met on May 21. No other IT governance groups met in May. The Enterprise Web Advisory Council (EWAC) next meets on June 13, the Strategic Information Technology Committee (SITC) reconvenes on July 9, and the Architecture and New Technology Committee will get together again on July 22.

$3.7M earmarked for student-related technologies and services

The University of Utah has earmarked approximately $3.7 million next fiscal year for student-related technologies and services. The funding is the result of the annual Learning Spaces-Student Computing Fee process.

IT Governance

The Enterprise Web Advisory Council met on April 11 and will return on June 13; the Teaching and Learning Portfolio met on April 16 and next meets on June 21; and the IT Architecture and New Technology Committee met on April 22 and will meet again on July 22. The Strategic Information Technology Committee didn't meet in April but reconvenes on May 14.
