Users who have surpassed their allotted university Google Workspace storage limit must reduce their storage use to the appropriate level or pay for additional U of U Google Workspace storage as soon as possible.

UIT's Office of Software Licensing (OSL) has negotiated campus agreements with several software vendors to provide students, faculty, and staff access to certain products at no (or a greatly reduced) cost.
Namecoach, a name pronunciation tool previously integrated into Canvas, is now available to University of Utah community members as add-on application for Microsoft Teams and Outlook, including Outlook Web Access (OWA), for Mac and Windows operating systems.
The Enterprise Web Advisory Committee (EWAC) met on August 10. The Strategic Information Technology Committee (SITC) will reconvene on September 12; the Architecture and New Technology Committee (ANTC) will return on September 25; and the Teaching and Learning Portfolio (TLP) will meet at a date TBD.
