Meeting COVID-19 connectivity challenges

COVID-19 tents gave frontline health care workers the network bandwidth to do their critical work.

UIT’s Network Services team stepped up when connectivity mattered most. The COVID-19 pandemic roughly tripled the use of the U’s virtual private networks (VPNs), and the team gave frontline health care workers the needed bandwidth to do their critical work.
