DCIO org wraps year with trivia, Halloween, and food drive events

A 30 gallon tote filled to the brim with donations.

The DCIO Smells Like Team Spirit Committee’s last three events of the year not only sought to keep boosting morale and strengthening staff bonds in the Deputy Chief Information Officer organization but give back to the U of U community.

The competition, hosted by the Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) organization's Smells Like Team Spirit Committee, was part of an employee morale and teambuilding event that included lunch from Padelli’s Street Greek.

The UIT Holiday Luncheon returned to the Cleone Peterson Eccles Alumni House on December 1 after a three-year hiatus. Approximately 145 UIT staff members attended.

Aimee Ellett, granddaughter paint birdhouses for Lagoon trail

Aimee Ellett's granddaughter, Blakely, paints a birdhouse.

About three years ago, Aimee Ellett and her granddaughter, Blakely, began painting three to four birdhouses each summer to hang up on the Lagoon section of Farmington Creek Trail and in their yards.
